The Long Island Ducks topped the Topeka Predators by the score of 8-5, with the biggest share of the credit going to designated hitter Griff Horrocks. Horrocks was 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 4 for the Ducks on the day. Steve Misiak notched his 9th save in 13 chances. Long Island is now 50-53.
