|
The Fraser Valley Black Bears defeated the DeKalb Cornhuskers, 8-4. Earning player of the game honors was center fielder Neal Harris, who was 3-4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. David Pena, the winner, improved to 4-3. He held DeKalb to 2 earned runs on 4 hits over 6.1 innings, while racking up 7 strikeouts. Fraser Valley has now won 4 in a row.
