|
Wichita Wolverines starter Kunio Otsuka was locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Topeka Predators, 3-1. Otsuka, now 8-6, was the winner. In 8.2 innings, he gave up 9 hits, while striking out 3, walking 0, and allowing 1 earned run. Hiroo Okimura was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 25 of 27 save opportunities.
