Beavers Pull Even With 3-1 Victory

It was a good time at Waterfront Park, where fans came to watch the Seattle Sasquatch and Portland Beavers get after it.
Shuichi Imai could take little solace in pitching a good game. The fact is his Seattle Sasquatch lost, dropping a 3-1 decision to the Portland Beavers at Waterfront Park. Portland has a 3-game win streak, while Seattle has lost 3 in a row.
Phillip Lewis aided the Portland cause with a solo home run in the bottom of the seventh. For the game, the catcher was 1-3 with a home run.
"If you pitch well, you give yourself some opportunities," said Portland manager John Harrison.
