The Topeka Predators knocked off the Riverside Red Bulls, 6-2, at The Field at Richmond. Jim LaCroix, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason Topeka won. The catcher was 2-4 with a home run. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Tomas Fuentes notched his 2nd save in 4 chances.

Tomás Correa aided the Topeka cause with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the sixth. For the game, the shortstop went 2 for 4 with a double. He scored 2 runs.
