|
Youngstown Tune-Ups starter Terry Duncan pitched a strong game against the Rock River Rats at The Rat Hole, leading the Tune-Ups to a 4-2 win. Duncan picked up the win for Youngstown, going 5 innings. He gave up 1 run on 1 hits. He now sports a record of 2-8. Bruce Cunningham notched his 2nd save in 2 chances.
The Tune-Ups got a big at-bat from designated hitter Ming Chin. For the game, Chin was 1 for 4. In the top of the first, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 6th hit of the season gave Youngstown a 1-0 lead.
"We'll relax tonight and get back after it tomorrow," Chin said after the game.
