The Seattle Sasquatch went down to defeat to Félix Reina and his Portland teammates. The final score was 3-1 in favor of the Beavers. Olivier Martin, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 12th save. With the win over Seattle, the Beavers improved to 20-21.

Cesar Sandino, who is rated as the 8th best prospect by BNN, aided the Portland cause with a 2-run single in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, the shortstop went 1 for 4. He drove in 2 runs.
