|
The Phoenix Lights topped the Boise Hawks by the score of 8-5, with the largest share of the credit going to first baseman Justin Nichols. Nichols went 2 for 3 with 2 singles and 2 walks. He scored 2 runs for the Lights. Phoenix reliever Josh Shumpert picked up the win, upping his record to 1-2. José Garza took the loss. Phoenix now has a 3-game win streak.
