Ruidoso third baseman Jim Bennett was a significant contributor in his team's 6-3 triumph over the Biloxi Bullets. He was 2-4 with a home run and a double, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for Ruidoso. Reliever Dave Basurto picked up the win. His record improves to 3-0. Frank Justiniano took the loss. Bennett had a big at-bat with a runner on 1st in the top of the eighth inning, when he hit a 2-run home run. The Osos went on to win.
