Carson City played host to Frisco at the friendly confines of Cowboys Stadium.

The Carson City Mustang got a strong performance from pitcher Kaong Foong, who stymied the Frisco offense en route to a 10-2 win at Cowboys Stadium. The Mustang saw their win-loss record go to 23-27. At the same time, the Rams fell to 27-23.

The Mustang got a big at-bat from shortstop José González. For the game, González went 1-4 with a triple, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the first, with the bases loaded, he stroked a bases-clearing triple. His 2nd triple of the season gave Carson City a 4-1 lead.

"The boys were really swinging the bats today," winning manager Nobuharu Chikafuji said.
