Youngstown starter Ryan Davis pitched effectively against the San Antonio Storm Troopers at The Clone Army. The left-hander led his team to a 8-1 win. The 'W' lifts Youngstown's record to 21-25.
Guo-ning Siu, who is tied for 5th in the CLL in runs scored with 32, aided the Youngstown cause with a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the fourth. For the game, the shortstop drew 1 walk.
"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Siu. "And not try to do too much."
