Loss Extends Buzzard's Bay Losing Streak
The rain made it unbearable at times; nonetheless, the faithful who endured the elements at The Kennel enjoyed themselves.

T.J. Oster was instrumental in his team's 8-3 triumph over the Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats. The shortstop went 2-4 with a home run. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2 for the Spokane Bulldogs. Ruben Fernandez was the winner. Over 5 innings, he allowed 1 run on 3 hits, with 6 walks and 4 strikeouts.

In the bottom of the second, Andy Cote hit a 2-run home run for Spokane. The 2nd home run of the season for the Spokane second baseman put the Bulldogs on top, 3-1.
