The Marysville Monarchs dealt the Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats a 9-4 loss at Bloomfield Road. António Ayala was the star on offense. He slugged 2 home runs, while adding 6 RBI and scoring twice. Kevin Bongarzone earned the win for Marysville. He lasted 6 innings, allowing 1 earned run on 2 hits, while striking out 6. With the win, he raised his record to 4-2.
