Loss to Storm Troopers Extends Carson City Losing Streak
The San Antonio Storm Troopers topped the Carson City Mustang, 9-5, in Roy Halladay League action at Cowboys Stadium. The player of the game was San Antonio right fielder Tom Burns. San Antonio reliever Felipe Pérez picked up the win, upping his record to 3-0. Iemitsu Shiroi shouldered the loss. San Antonio is now riding a 5-game win streak.

The game turned with no one out in the top of the fourth when Burns hit a solo home run. It propelled the Storm Troopers into the lead, 2-1.

"Nice to put this one in the win column," said Burns.
