Big Day by Miller Sparks Islanders Win
The Hawaii Islanders handed the Las Vegas Aces a loss at Sin City Stadium. The final score was 9-4. Tynan Miller was named player of the game for Hawaii. In addition to his 2 singles and 1 home run, he scored 3 runs and drove in 3. Hawaii reliever Keith Martin picked up the win, upping his record to 2-2. Amaui Mahi'ai shouldered the loss. The Islanders bumped their record to 21-16 with this latest triumph.

Miller had a game-changing single in the top of the ninth. On a 1-2 knuckleball from Amaui Mahi'ai, he banged a 2-run single to left, giving the Islanders a 6-4 lead. It was the 34th hit of the year for Miller.

"Nice to put this one in the win column," said Miller.
