The Rams faced a stiff challenge from Jacksonville pitcher Eugene Spencer, but persevered to claim a win at Hellcats Park. The final score was 8-4. Spencer went 8 innings and allowed 1 earned run. Frisco reliever Ed Gratton was credited with the win, to go to 2-0. Chris Elwell took the loss for Jacksonville. Jacksonville, at 8-23, is off to a poor start in 2034.

Chris Allen hit a bases-clearing triple off Chris Elwell in the top of the ninth, which put the Rams in front, 7-4. In addition to the triple, Allen had 1 single and 2 walks, while going 2 for 3.
