Beetlecats Lose to Red Bulls in Walk Off
The Riverside Red Bulls eked out a 4-3 win versus the Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats at Red Bull Stadium. Nobody did more than pitcher Juan Carlos Gómez, who captured player of the game honors. Riverside reliever António Torres picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Mike Salter absorbed the loss. With the loss, Buzzard's Bay falls to 11-10.

Late in the game, first baseman Hiroshige Inouye had a big at-bat for Riverside. In the bottom of the 11th, he hit a run-scoring single off Mike Salter. The play gave the Red Bulls a 4-3 lead.

"This joint was rocking," said Inouye.
