Frisco got a terrific performance from pitcher Ethan Harris, but it wasn't enough to beat the Ruidoso Osos. Ruidoso won the Outlander Park contest, 7-5. Harris was the player of the game despite being on the losing side. He threw 5 innings of 4-hit ball. Harold Wilford was the winner. Over 6 innings, he allowed 5 runs on 10 hits, with 2 walks and 4 strikeouts. Picking up the save was Bob Sulewski, his 2nd.

In the top of the 6th, second baseman Lorenzo Padilla gave Ruidoso the lead when he hit a 2-run single. The Osos had been trailing 3-2, but the two-out single off Frisco pitcher Kunimichi Suzuki changed that -- and Ruidoso went on to win.

"It was a solid team effort," said Padilla after the game.

With the win, Ruidoso pushes its record to 10-10.
