Extra-Inning Win by Rams over Tune-Ups
The Youngstown Tune-Ups got a sterling performance from pitcher Katsutaro Nishikawa, but the Rams still prevailed, 5-3. Nishikawa was named the player of the game in a losing cause. He threw 7 innings of 4-hit ball. The Tune-Ups fall to 6-6 and continue their uneasy start to the 2034 season.

Frisco used the bat of Chris Allen to get the win. The center fielder hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the 14th inning to put the Rams ahead, 5-3. It was his lone hit in 1 at-bat, but it did its damage.

"It was terrific getting this win," Allen said. "We put in a lot of work to do it."
