Hawks Use Late-Game Magic to Beat Rams
The Boise Hawks defeated the Frisco Rams, 4-2, in Cory Lidle League action at Outlander Park, with Boise pitcher Sung-moon Lee named player of the game. Earning his 1st save for Boise was Jesús Ordóñez. Boise, now 2-1, has played well in the early going.

The Hawks got a big at-bat from pinch hitter Alvaro Colon. For the game, Colon was 1 for 1 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the top of the ninth, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 1st home run of the season gave Boise a 4-2 lead.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Colon told the Boise News.
