The Bowling Green Racers topped the Albuquerque Cacti, 4-1, in Nick Adenhart League action at Top of the Hill. The player of the game was Bowling Green pitcher Cristoforo Giugino. Bowling Green is now 83-65, 3 games up in the Nick Adenhart League Tony La Russa Division.
The Racers got a big at-bat from third baseman Hervé Cohen. For the game, Cohen was 1 for 3 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the fourth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 6th home run of the season gave Bowling Green a 3-1 lead.
