Victory Over Aces Takes Havana to 24-7
|
The first-place Havana Stogies picked up another win at The Humidor.
Havana Stogies starter Camilo Pascual was in fine form against the Las Vegas Aces at The Humidor, leading his team to a 4-0 win. The Aces fall to 10-21 and continue their uneasy start to the 2034 season.
Jesús Velásquez, who is tied for 7th in the RCL in total bases with 60, chipped in for Havana with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the sixth. For the game, the right fielder had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 4 runs batted in.
"We'll pop the top on a cold one and get back to work tomorrow," Velásquez said.
