The Quebec Armada and Kansas City Tornadoes completed their game despite the rain.

The Quebec Armada downed the Kansas City Tornadoes, 13-7, at Debris Field. The Armada were led by Felipe Reyes, who captured player of the game honors. He went 4-5 with a home run, 3 singles, and a walk. He scored 4 runs and drove in 4. The save was credited to Zong-yuan Sang, his 1st.

Early in the game, shortstop Matsudaira Shimada had a 2-run home run for Quebec. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Armada on top, 3-2.

"Getting a lot of baserunners and getting some timely hits, it's a good combination," said Reyes.

Quebec, now 19-11, has played well in the early going.
