Aeropostales Come Back Late to Top Coal Miners
The Indian Wells Aeropostales beat the Antioch Coal Miners, 8-7, at The Coal Mine. The win was largely due to the efforts of designated hitter Johnny Dominguez, who captured player of the game honors. He was 2-4 with a home run. He drove in 5 runs and scored once. Indian Wells reliever You-liang Rang picked up the win, upping his record to 9-7. Steve Cherry absorbed the loss. The Aeropostales bumped their record to 73-67 with this latest triumph.

The critical at-bat for Indian Wells came in the top of the ninth inning. With one out, Dominguez hit a sacrifice fly, putting Indian Wells up, 8-7.

"Being able to contribute to a win is always a great feeling," Dominguez told the Indian Wells Daily.
