Iwamoto Hits 3 home runs in Aeropostales Win
The Indian Wells Aeropostales topped the Vancouver Canadians by the score of 10-5, with the largest share of the credit going to catcher Tadahisa Iwamoto. Iwamoto slugged 3 home runs. He drove in 8 runs and scored three times for the Aeropostales. Chung Chio got the save, his 2nd in 4 chances. The Aeropostales bumped their record to 64-56 with this latest triumph.

Iwamoto had a key at-bat for Indian Wells early in the game. With the bases loaded, he hit a grand slam home run. It was his 6th home run of the season and gave Indian Wells an early 4-0 lead.

"Enjoyed this one," Iwamoto told the Indian Wells Daily. "But it's back to work tomorrow."
