It was a fun time at Excavatar Park, where the Astoria Argonauts and Peoria Caterpillars tangled.

Pitcher Steve Gould was sensational for the Peoria Caterpillars in his team's 4-1 triumph over the Astoria Argonauts. Gould received player of the game honors, while picking up the win. Gould, now 7-4, was the winner. In 5.2 innings, he gave up 3 hits, while striking out 6, walking 3, and allowing 1 earned run.
