The Billings Mustangs downed the Peoria Caterpillars, 6-4, at Cobb Field. Oscar Mayes led the way, going 3-for-4 for Billings. The Mustangs bumped their record to 65-47 with this latest triumph.

Mayes went 3 for 4 with 3 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once against the Caterpillars. With the game tied in the bottom of the sixth inning, he hit a sacrifice fly that scored 1 and put Billings in front, 4-3.

"Feels good to get the job done," Mayes said after the game.
