Reno pitcher Evan Charnley did his part in helping his team beat the Silver Lake Baristas, 4-2. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. The Rockets bumped their record to 58-55 with this latest triumph.

Enrique Gomez swatted a 3-run home run for Reno in the bottom of the eighth. The catcher went 2 for 4 for the game, including 1 home run and 1 double. He scored 1 run and batted in 3.

"We'll try to build on that win," Gomez told the Reno News.
