Lara Helps Mustangs Run Win Streak to 5
The Mile High Mustangs grabbed a 8-6 win over the Santa Fe Fuego at McNichols Stadium. Mile High center fielder Héctor Lara was 3 for 4 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3 to earn player of the game honors. Quan Que closed the game out for Mile High, earning his 4th save. The win brings the Mustangs to 12-16, a soft start for a team that made the playoffs just last season.

Lara had a big at-bat with runners on 1st and 2nd in the bottom of the first inning, when he hit a 3-run home run. The Mustangs went on to win.

"Feels good to get the job done," Lara said after the game.
