The Omaha Raptors defeated the Billings Mustangs, 4-2, in Darryl Kile League action at Anchorage Municipal Stadium, with Omaha pitcher Michael Walsh named player of the game. The Raptors improved to 39-71.

Nobuharu Morita, who is tied for 10th in the DKL in doubles with 21, aided the Omaha cause with a 2-run single in the bottom of the sixth. For the game, the center fielder was 2 for 4 with 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs.
