|
Pasadena starter Earl Lee had a strong outing against the Detroit Death Stars at The Death Star. The left-hander was a big part of his team's 5-3 win. Lee got the win, improving to 4-6. He allowed 3 hits and walked 3 over 7 innings. Lee allowed 1 earned run. António Mejía notched his 10th save in 14 chances.
Sotatsu Kajitani aided the Pasadena cause with a 3-run home run in the top of the eighth. For the game, the second baseman went 1-3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once.
"We cashed in when we had the chance," said Pasadena manager Ramón Rosário.
