Texans Sneak Past Marauders, 4-3

The Metroplex Park faithful were treated to a dramatic, walk-off win.
The Dallas Texans picked up a win at Metroplex Park, knocking off the Maple Marauders, 4-3. Starting pitcher Aurelien Bonello played a key role in the triumph. The win brings the Texans to 15-11, a promising start as the team looks to return to the playoffs.
Roger Washington swatted a 3-run home run for Dallas in the bottom of the ninth. The catcher went 2 for 4 for the game, including 1 home run and 1 double. He scored 1 run and batted in 3.
"Enjoyed this one," Bonello told the Dallas Daily News. "But it's back to work tomorrow."
