The Espanola Bomberos picked up a win at Top of the Hill, knocking off the Bowling Green Racers, 8-4. Starting pitcher Ron Ogden played a key role in the triumph. The Bomberos bumped their record to 46-44 with this latest triumph.

Espanola left fielder Phil Mouland contributed to the cause with a double in the top of the second. For the game, Mouland was 2-5 with a double.

"It's nice to come out on top today," said Ogden.
