The Silver Lake Baristas downed the Chicago Titans, 10-4, at The War Dome. The Baristas were led by Hilario Martínez, who captured player of the game honors. He went 2-3 with a triple, a double, and 2 walks. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. Carl Veeck earned the win to go to 3-7. He allowed 2 earned runs on 5 hits, with 2 walks and 2 strikeouts.
