Canadians Losing Streak at 6 After Extra-Inning Loss to Aeropostales
The Indian Wells Aeropostales picked up a win at Stanley Park, knocking off the Vancouver Canadians, 6-2. Starting pitcher John Huo was an essential part of his team's success. Jose Avilez got credit for the win, improving to 4-3. He allowed 1 run on 3 hits in 4.2 innings. The losses continue to mount for Vancouver, which has now dropped 6 in a row.

The Aeropostales got a big at-bat from designated hitter Pat Pittman. For the game, Pittman was 2-6 with 2 singles. In the top of the 11th, with runners on 1st and 3rd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 97th hit of the season gave Indian Wells a 3-2 lead.

"Been a rough stretch for us," said Vancouver manager Jon Crowe.
