Peoria first baseman Eric Daniels had a 3-RBI game, which helped his team beat the Antioch Coal Miners, 7-4. Peoria is now riding a 3-game win streak.

Daniels had a game-changing home run in the top of the seventh. On a 1-1 cutter from George Fortin Jr., he banged a 3-run home run to right, giving the Caterpillars a 7-4 lead. It was the 2nd home run of the year for Daniels.

In postgame comments to the Peoria Citizen, Daniels said, "If the effort is there, the wins will come."
