The Antioch Coal Miners defeated the Bronx Bombers, 11-4, in Darryl Kile League action at The Coal Mine, with Antioch first baseman Scott McFarland named player of the game. Antioch goes to 58-29. The win puts them 8 games up in their division.

Tucker Slade hit a 2-run double off Tokaji Goto in the bottom of the second, which put the Coal Miners in front, 2-0. In addition to the double, Slade had 1 single and 1 walk, while going 2 for 4.
