Reno right-hander Raúl Lugo was sensational in shutting out the Peoria Caterpillars, 2-0. Lugo went 7.1 innings to notch the win. He scattered 3 hits, walked 8, and struck out 6. His record improves to 4-5. Reno occupies 4th place in the Darryl Kile League Joe Torre Division at 31-37.
