Gerardo Hernández made an impact in the 7-6 Omaha win over Billings. Hernández, who is tied for 2nd in the DKL in stolen bases with 30, went 3-4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 3 runs. The 5th-place Raptors improved to 24-43.

The Raptors got a big at-bat from right fielder Hoo-gwo Qing. For the game, Qing was 1-5. In the top of the seventh, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 40th hit of the season gave Omaha a 6-5 lead.

"It was a nice win for our side today," said Raptors manager Jim Fernández. "Not perfect, but we'll take it."
