Reno starter Théophile Richard pitched effectively against the Peoria Caterpillars at House of Pain. The right-hander led his team to a 5-2 win. The Raiders are now 30-36, while the Caterpillars fall to 28-39.

In the top of the sixth, with the game tied and two out, Peoria had runners on 2nd and 3rd. T.J. Little had a chance to do some damage. But he grounded out.
