Raptors Get Close Win Over Freeze
The Omaha Raptors did just enough to secure a 5-4 victory over the Minneapolis Freeze at Anchorage Municipal Stadium. Nobody did more than pitcher Michael Walsh, who captured player of the game honors. Even with the win, the Raptors have a dismal 21-39 record.

Hoo-gwo Qing was the walk-off hero for Omaha. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Raptors right fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring triple to send the teams home.

"I don't lose sleep over a loss," said Qing. "But I have better dreams after a win."
