The Vancouver Canadians defeated the Indian Wells Aeropostales, 10-2, at Stars Field today. Leading the charge for Vancouver was catcher Steve Osburn. He went 2-6 with a home run and a double, while adding 6 RBI and scoring once. Tokuma Taihei converted his 1st save in 1 tries. The Canadians bumped their record to 30-28 with this latest triumph.

Osburn had a big at-bat with the bases loaded in the top of the second inning, when he hit a grand slam. The Canadians went on to win.

"The name of the game is scoring runs," Osburn said. "We did a good job of that today."
