Canton pitcher Leonard Lee gave the Mustangs all they could handle, but in the end, Billings left Mckinley Park with a 4-2 win. Lee allowed 2 earned runs on 3 hits over 6.1 innings. Billings reliever Bryan Lynch was the winner. His record is now 2-0. The losing pitcher was Cory Kieck. The Mustangs bumped their record to 25-25 with this latest triumph.

Jeff Butler made it 3-2, Billings, in the top of the ninth when he drew a walk, driving in 1 run. It was a big at-bat in the Mustangs win.
