The Red Rocket Field faithful were treated to a dramatic, walk-off win.

Omaha pitcher Michael Walsh gave the Rockets all they could handle, but in the end, Reno left Red Rocket Field with a 5-4 win. Walsh allowed 3 earned runs on 7 hits over 8 innings. Reno reliever Mitsuharu Nakashima got the win, raising his record to 1-0. Pete Tupper was tagged with the loss.

Jen-djieh Chen hit a 2-run double off Pete Tupper in the bottom of the ninth, which put the Rockets in front, 5-4. In addition to the double, Chen had 1 single, while going 2 for 4.
