Death Stars Bang Out 9-1 Win Versus Espanola
|
Benefiting from Matthew Rogers's productive game, the Detroit Death Stars downed the Espanola Bomberos, 9-1. Rogers was 3-4 with 3 singles and a walk. He scored 2 runs for the Death Stars. Kevin Everhart, who went 5.2 innings, was the winning pitcher. He was charged with 1 run on 4 hits, while walking 2 and striking out 3. His record now stands at 2-3. The Death Stars bumped their record to 26-22 with this latest triumph.
