Bombers Continue Skid Thanks to Ochoa, Canadians
A 4-RBI performance from Ignacio Ochoa, who is tied for 9th in the NAL in triples with 2, helped the Vancouver Canadians beat the Bronx Bombers, 12-4. Bronx has now lost 4 consecutive games.

Ochoa came through with some timely hitting for Vancouver. With the score 3-3 in the bottom of the fourth and one down, Ochoa hit a 1-2 fastball for a run-scoring single. His 49th hit of the season made it 4-3, Vancouver.

Ochoa told a Vancouver News reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.
