The Oklahoma City Prowlers got a superb performance from pitcher Donkal Ubriani, but the Maple Marauders still won the game, 6-1. Ubriani was named the player of the game despite the loss. He threw 7 innings of 4-hit ball. The win was credited to Marcos León in relief. His record improves to 2-0. Donkal Ubriani took the loss. The Prowlers drop to 10-10 and continue their inconsistent start to the 2034 season.
Ángel Vázquez, who won the Most Valuable Player Award in 2029, helped out the Maple cause in the top of the eighth inning with a bases-clearing double. For the game, the pinch hitter went 1 for 1 with a double, while adding 3 RBI.
Vázquez attributed the win to "energy and focus on the part of everyone."
