Cacti Topple Death Stars with Late Rally

The Albuquerque Cacti topped the Detroit Death Stars, 5-4, in Nick Adenhart League action at Albuquerque Sports Stadium. The player of the game was Albuquerque pitcher Luis García. The loss lowers the Detroit record to 13-10.

Giichiro Dunn hit a run-scoring triple off Dongdo-pa Chen in the bottom of the ninth, which put the Cacti in front, 5-4. Dunn had 1 walk, in addition to the triple. For the game, he went 1 for 4.

"It's great to get the crowd pumped up," Dunn said.
