Bramel Helps Caterpillars Run Win Streak to 3
A 6-RBI performance from Chris Bramel helped the Peoria Caterpillars beat the Omaha Raptors, 13-7. The win was credited to Matt Howard in relief. His record improves to 2-2. Edmundo Luas took the loss. Brian Lapointe finished to wrap up his 1st save.

Bramel had a big at-bat with the bases loaded in the top of the sixth inning, when he hit a bases-clearing double. The Caterpillars went on to win.

"We'll relax tonight and enjoy this win," said Bramel.

The Caterpillars are off to a tough start, getting just their 9th win in 24 games.
