Coal Miners Walk Off with Win
The Antioch Coal Miners topped the Omaha Raptors, 7-6, in Darryl Kile League action at The Coal Mine. The player of the game was Antioch third baseman Roger Schäfer. The Coal Miners, now 16-4, have been playing some good baseball.

Naosuke Matsumoto was the walk-off hero for Antioch. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Coal Miners center fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"If you want to be considered a good team, these are the kind of games you have to win," said Antioch manager Hervé Barthélémy.
